I simply can’t get over his professionalism and calm demeanour, he clearly understands his role. An honest car salesman is not something we had experienced until we came to Suzuki Croydon to purchase our vitara. Eastern Suzuki in Croydon, I cannot recommend highly enough after my experience this week purchasing my new Super Zook. From the moment I visited the yard on a beautiful sunny Saturday arvo, I was suitably impressed with Gary and Navid's friendly and honest approach to my interest in a new car and test drive. All my questions were answered honestly and promptly and explained in detail if I didn't understood fully. Their approach was not at all the cliche "salesy" and in fact, the team made me feel at ease and excited to buy a new car (something I always thought could be quite daunting and confronting to have to deal with "sales guys / gals". From the questions to the test drive, to securing a car with a deposit and sitting down detailing thoroughly and carefully, all of the paperwork about the process to follow; the whole experience from start to finish was exceptional and Navid and Gary really impressed me to the the point I'de say I enjoyed it and recommend their service a thouuuusand times over any sales persons I have dealt with! I had heard good things about Eastern Suzuki, so I drove 50 minutes to get there, because why not? From the outset, they were fantastic. When I made my initial service booking, the lovely Mitch was an absolute legend, who let me know the price of the upcoming service; tracked down a duplicate replacement service book - as mine had mysteriously been spirited away (possibly by unicorns,) and explained everything that would be done, and how long it would most likely take to do it. The major service on my Suzuki Vitara was carried out, and I drove off in a very happy car, who now purrs along since her spa day at Eastern Suzuki. Nothing was too much trouble for Mitch and the crew. I even left my invoice behind, and Mitch posted it to me! Bless him! He's probably now recovering from having to deal with me. Again, if you want GREAT customer service, as well as GREAT mechanical service, then head on out to Eastern Suzuki.
