Eligible new Suzuki vehicles can receive up to 5 years of Suzuki Roadside Assistance, giving you access to support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year across Australia.^
Roadside Assistance renews annually for up to 5 years when the vehicle is serviced through an authorised Suzuki dealer in line with Suzuki Genuine Service program requirements and applicable terms and conditions.
^New vehicles purchased in Northern NSW or Queensland are excluded from this Roadside Assistance program.

Eligible customers can call 1800 777 088 from anywhere in Australia to access Suzuki Roadside Assistance.
When you call, have the following details ready:
- Vehicle registration number or VIN
- Your name and location
- A description of the problem
- A contact phone number, if available
Roadside assistance personnel will assess the issue and attempt to get you back on the road. If the problem cannot be resolved safely at the roadside, towing may be arranged in line with the program terms and conditions.
